Jon M. Williams, Chief Executive Officer, graduated from St. John Fisher College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree having a concentration in Business and Economics. He is married with four children. Alongside of OSC Inc.’s contracting services, Mr. Williams has pursued Brownfield Redevelopment Projects which rely on OSC Inc.’s core competencies. The first of these projects was the Dowcraft Brownfield Re-Development in 1998. This was the first Brownfield Re-Development for a manufacturing facility in New York State. The project involved the purchase, remediation, demolition and construction of a new 180,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant for Dowcraft Industries. Since then, Mr. Williams has been avidly focused on establishing OSC, Inc. as one of the top specialty contracting firms in the country while leveraging their knowledge and experience to assist in various brownfield redevelopment projects throughout the Northeast.
James F. Williams has over 35 years of finance, accounting and related experience and has been the Chief Financial Officer of OSC, Inc. since its founding in 1997. His responsibilities include finance, accounting, insurance, bonding, contract administration and business planning. In addition, Mr. Williams serves on the board of directors of Affinity Insurance Ltd, one of the Companies insurance carriers. James has a BS in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
As President of OSC, Inc., John Yensan brings to the table 30 years of specialized contracting industry expertise in the areas of civil construction, environmental remediation and demolition. With experience originating at the field level and continuing through every level of operation and management, Mr. Yensan has perfected his leadership skills to drive the OSC Team to success. With a hands-on approach to management, he makes it a point to be personally involved in all aspects of OSC, Inc. including safety, business development, estimating, project management, customer relations and administration.
With dedicated customer service and immense industry knowledge, Robert brings OSC Inc.’s client relations to an unsurpassed level. For over 25 years, Bob has established and maintained relationships with Fortune 500 companies, international industrial clients and public and private entities throughout the United States. With a vast knowledge of the Environmental Remediation and Demolition industries, Bob continues to be a strong ambassador in forging solid client relations and a valuable asset to the OSC Management Team.
Donald brings with him 20+ years of management experience within the environmental construction and remediation industry. His innovative approach to client relations, estimating, scheduling, training, safety and subcontractor oversight has earned him the respect and trust of private and public sector clients throughout the United States. With over 250 projects successfully completed nationwide, Don has the experience and environmental knowledge that continues to drive OSC’s Environmental Construction and Remediation System Installation Division to a degree of excellence that is unrivaled in the industry.
