In the 20+ years that Alen has been with OSC Inc., he has demonstrated continued leadership in the areas of demolition, decommissioning and dismantlement; environmental remediation and asbestos abatement.  He is responsible for complete project oversight including project estimation; coordination with the project Owner, Owner’s Representative and Subcontractors; budget and cost analysis; project schedule analysis and updating; personnel oversight; preparation and modification of project Work Plans and coordination with Local State and Federal Government entities in order to obtain licenses and permits.
