With over 20 years of professional experience, and a deep understanding of the specialty contracting industry, Andy Cappello oversees all aspects of OSC’s accounting and finance functions.

Andrew is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State and holds MS in Accounting and BS in Business Administration degrees from the University at Buffalo.  Prior to joining the OSC team in 2013, Andy worked for a large regional public accounting firm where he provided audit, tax and consulting services to a wide client base.  This varied experience gives Andy an exceptional perspective in managing our day to day financial operations and the strong analytical focus necessary to support OSC’s operations.
