Since joining the OSC Team in 2016, Tess Williams has a proven track record in successfully taking on new challenges in the areas of contracting and development. Her background in hospitality operations gives Tess a unique perspective that enables OSC to perform competitively on complex development projects.

Tess graduated from Cornell University in 2015 with a BS in Hotel Administration and has since earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through her work at OSC.  Coming from a hospitality operations background, Tess was excited to take on the new challenges of being part of OSC’s specialty contracting team.  Her attention to all forms of detail including jobsite safety, budget and cost analysis and scheduling have proven her to be a valuable asset to our Project Management Team.
